Why its Free (What’s the Catch?)
We know - it sounds too good to be true. Free membership that saves you thousands of dollars per year? But there’s no catch.
Dr. Sandy Chung, former National AAP President, created Trusted Doctors in 2018 in Northern Virginia to help local pediatricians band together for better contracts and shared resources. Dr. Michael Martin, former Virginia AAP President, joined early with his own practice and saw firsthand how much stronger independent practices could be when they worked together.
As the impact grew, so did the vision. What began as a local collaboration has evolved into a new company called Trusted Doctors Alliance—a dedicated, national effort to help independent practices stay strong, save money, and thrive. We believe independent practice is where the truly magical part of medicine happens: meaningful relationships, personal care, and community-rooted trust.
You’ve already seen the work Drs. Chung and Martin have led through the AAP. TDA is the natural next step—designed to protect and strengthen the future of independent medicine.
