Join TDA’s Vaccine-Buying Group: Complete a short onboarding form with your practice information and vendor account numbers. You must be a member of TDA to join the vaccine group - no worries because it is free!
Link your vaccine accounts: TDA negotiates contract terms and works with manufacturers to align your account with the group purchasing arrangement.
Purchase vaccines as you normally would: You continue to place orders through your existing vendor relationships, while receiving the preferential pricing and terms secured via TDA.
Maintain eligibility: Meet program terms such as purchase thresholds or contract compliance so the entire group retains access to best pricing. The stronger our aggregated volume, the stronger your savings.
